“Yell-OH!” Superwash BFL Helix Sock

Helix is 100% superwash Bluefaced Leicester wool spun in a two stranded high twist ply meant for knitting up the perfect pill-resistant pair of socks. It’s round, it’s bouncy, it’s squishy and has just the right amount of bite. The longer staple length of BFL adds shine and durability, with no need for nylon for strength. 100% wool and 100% plastic free!

Compared to the Superwash BFL 4ply Sock base, this yarn has a 2 ply construction and a little bit less yardage which makes it slightly larger. It has more texture and shine and each ply has a higher twist so it's a bit more durable for socks, too!
